Default Please help!!!!!!!!

So Ill start by saying I am a proud owner of a 1997 a4 Quattro 2.8, she has just under 92,000 original miles and used to run great untill about a week ago.
I have been continuiously getting misfire codes (from my obd II) in cylinders 3 and 5.
I have Replaced my coils, spark plugs, spark plug wires. I recently had my cats go out, so for a quick fix I replaced them with straight pipes.
So my question goes out...... Is their any thing more that I can try,? If anyone knows of any way to help me get my baby back up and running Please, please advise.
Thank you in advance
Kurt.

Fuel system can be responsible if an injector was clogged partially or the fuel filter is plugging up. Has your timing belt been done recently? Has it ever? If you have the cams out of phase, you can misfire. Also inspect the vac lines for breaks (they'll be good and brittle by now).

Well I swapped my injectors around, the Mis fire stayed, than tore the engine apart, and bam electrical malfunction in the coil pack connection.
Thank you for the input I'm slowly learning more and more.
