PLEASE HELP, I am stuck and desperate...
I am in the middle of a tbelt job and am stuck on two early points...
1) I have detensioned the serpentine belt by rotating the bolt thing to the right and then I stuck a pin in the pinhole to keep it in position. As per the various DIY write-ups, I now need to remove the tensioner by removing 2 allen bolts. I have searched for hours and can't find anything in sight to remove the tensioner. None of the DIY's showed or described the bolt to remove, they just said that there were likely 2. The only 2 I can think of are the 2 in the pic (circled in red) , but I do not think they are for the tensioner. If they are not, where could I find them in the zoomed out image? Can someone tell me where these two bolts to remove the tensioner are located?

2) I have read and understand how to remove the clutch fan bracket. I have located the bolts but this one in particular (in the blue rectangle) just won't budge. I've been using a 6mm all socket on an impact driver. I removed the identical adjacent bolt but on this one the bit just spins in the bolt head and the bolt remains unmoved. I've tried WD40 and using hex keys and a hammer? any other suggestions...also, what tool did u use to get at the bolt behind the treaded spindle? the socket just nearly reaches.

Any help will be really appreciated. I am close to getting on my way with the job, but I've been w/o a dd for 3 weeks now and am getting so desperate. Haven't had much assistance on here lately, but believe me, I have made great use of the old posts and they have gotten me as far as I am.

I tried to embed them off of my pc but didn't seem to work...I have edited the post and and used links....i think the pics are there now...
you see how the serpentine tensioner has 2 circular thingys the same size? one has an allen bolt in the center of it. the 2 you circled has nothing to do with the tensioner. what is that drill bit looking thing sticking out lol. as for the bolt you can't get out, try a bigger size or else try cutting it in the middle and using a socket screw driver. another option is to tack an allen to it but you need skills for that due to space constraints.
Thanx. I was thinking it had to be the bolt in the middle, but didn't want to try it b/c of all the warnings of letting the tensioner un-spring and causing it to fall apart. That is, btw, why the random drill bit is chilling there....I'm using to hold the tensioner in place, temporarily. Should it just be the one bolt in the middle, or am I still looking for a second underneath, as the DIY suggests?
As for the stuck bolt...I was thinking of drilling through the center and somehow cleaning or prying out the remaining residue. Is that what you meant by cutting in the middle? I've tried larger sizes, but I think the center has begun to erode and is almost circular instead of hex-shaped.
All in all, REALLY REALLY appreciate the clarification!
