Default Popping into 2nd gear

Ive been a post ***** lately, but this just came to my attention. When shifting from first to second, i pull it all the way till it stops into second, but then when i let the clutch all the way out, the shifter like pops back about a centimeter or two. Now im not sure this is an issue, but none of the other gears do it. Should i be worried?

just sounds like you guys are talking about driveline movement. The stock mounts allow the engine and transmission to move enough to cause the shifter to move. Put in stiffer mounts and the shifter will not move as much.

Even upgrading the shifter linkage pushing will reduce how much the shifter box moves around.
