Was reading the sticky by insomnia. He mentioned the cam belts tensioners in pre-2000 audis being crappy tensioners but aludes to post-2000 tensioners to possibly being better. I have a1998 A4 with the 2.8, 30V motor and was curious if the tensioners for post-2000's were interchangable with the pre-2000's?
