Pre-Facelift Funk Switch wiring

It is possible to just pry out the dummy switch, and then just push in the funk switch. Obviously this is for if you just want the switch to be there but not light up and have no function because theres no way you could wire it by doing that.

For those who might be looking for a better description of the wiring for this switch, here's one way:

This method uses the ignition to control power to/from your device, and the light for the FUNK switch comes on when the headlights are turned on (the way I originally described it the FUNK light will be on whenever the ignition is on).
