Default Problem w/ stasis SS shocks!!!

OK, a little info on the shocks before I go into detail on the problem.

I got a get of stasis koni shocks from a junk yard around where I live, the shocks are in great shape. However since these things have been sitting out for god knows how long, the lock rings were seized together and the stasis UHMW Spring Perch Bearings no longer turned like it was designed. I've fully disassembled the shocks, replaced the seals and tested the rebound on them, they feel and look new after long hours of cleaning.

The problem now is that I can't get any replacement parts from stasis!

I need the UHMW Spring Perch Bearings from them and it's now been a whole month of playing phone tag with them. They keep giving me the "we're really busy" and "I emailed the guy but he hasn't responded" BS. The shitty part is that I started calling them when the project began and now that every thing is fixed I'm still missing parts because they're "too busy." It's not like I can get these parts from anyone else, stasis is the manufactor of these things, what gives?

For those of you out there that have purchased products from them and have had to purchase replacement parts, what kind of customer service did you get?
