Default Pulled codes - P1136 and P1517

Says

P1136:
Bank 1 too lean

P1517
Main relay circ electric malfunction

Car is running fine. It's not dying on me at all.

I searched some and for 1136 it can be numerous things?! From MAF to O2 sensor to?

I get about 28mpg on highway and my car idles fine.

Only weird electrical problem I know of is sometimes the driver door lock control wont lock/unlock the rest of the car. That is intermittent and not common.

So I'm still stuck with this problem causing a check engine light and no smog and no registration. The car drives beautifully.

I never attacked the 1136 because 1517 has me stumped.

I had to push start my car once. And Then my cel was on.

How am I supposed to check the relay? I believe I've located it next to the ecu, labeled 30.

But what pins am I reading with my DMm

So I fixed my p1517 code.

I pulled relay number 30, next to the ecu.

I then opened it up with a screwdriver and moved what appeared to be a stuck actuator. Recapped the relay and reinstalled. No more code.

I still have p1136.

I can hear a turbine whistling noise for 30 seconds on start up. I believe I have tracked it down to my secondary air pump/hosing. The bottom connection on the pump.

Will that send a code p1136?

Thanks
