Hello,

I got emissions test soon and B1 post-cat O2sensor is shot so the check engine is ON. I just bought online the sensor (#16067 - with the green cap), but the store messed up and sent me #16069 - brown cap - instead. Is there a spec difference between the 2 (there should be since there's price difference) and can I use this sensor regardless?

You need the correct sensor, return it. O2 sensors are too sensitive to put in the wrong one.

 

get a universal, splice the wires into your existing brown/green end, and save yourself some bucks.

 

Yes there is a difference. Bank1 is green, bank2 is brown. I'd recommend changing both post-cat sensors at the same time. http://www.audiworld.com/tech/eng.html

O2 sensor was bought on ebay. Used BIN so got some cashback and the final price was around $93.

I got my pre cat sensors from Amazon that had them at $97 a few weeks ago.

$67 here. Bosch universal - you have to splice wires. I have been running one for a year now.

 

The one with the green plug is for Bank2 Sensor2

BAnk1 Sensor2 is brown.

Both front sensor plugs are black.
