Question Concerning Spacers and Fitment of my Wheels???
Hello I have a B5 A4 1.8TQM and my current suspension/wheel and tire set up is as follows: Stock Suspension (Would like coil over/spring advice if anyones got it for a decent daily driver/track set up), Rims are 18x8 5x112 with a +35 Offset, and lastly tires are 235/40/ZR18....Now the issue I am getting some slight rubbing on the inside of the tire I THINK...I need to stick a piece of paper in there to see if I am clearing the control arm, but I am looking for a good size for wheel spacers I want the Rims to possibly pass the lines on the car and look into rolling the fenders for near future suspension upgrades...So any advice on what route I should go with suspension or spacers please let me know I want this to be good for show and go so any advice would be awesome!!
I am running the exact same wheel and tire size with no rubbing. The front should have no issues. In the rear the tire is ~1/2" from the upright. Perhaps this is just slight variation in tire sizing that causing you to rub.
