Default Question on Cruise Control and ABS

1) I looked at all fuses in the fuse panel. I noticed my cruise control fuse was not in there. I dont use it much and haven't had to use since I got the car. It does have the handle for it (on/off switch). Thoughts? I put a fuse in there and no light come on when I put it in the on position. What to check next?

2) I looked at the ABS fuse just in case, before I send my module off to be rebuilt. I noticed there are 3 places for fuses in relation to the ABS. I only had a fuse in on location. Am I suppose to have 1/2/3 at the same time?

This is on a 99 A4 Quattro 2.8 automatic (same body style as 97/98)

Lastly anyone know of the person on here or other forums that rebuilds these besides the major companies online? I came across a thread a while back with a forum member who does the rebuilds too.

Only one fuse is okay for ABS too, the location varies on the model and year.
