Personally not a fan of those lights on a B5 but it's your car.

I fitted these to my 1998 1,9tdi a4 Avant they are from a Company called 2xcite google them - asked for a Girl called Laura or Fiona and tell them I sent you.
They have the day running lights and are extremely bright and fitted to your existing wiring no need to replace or adjust just plug in an play.
