Rattling Noise

Default Rattling Noise

I have a 2001 s4 automatic 2.7biturbo and when i accelarate slowly i hear some rattling noise from the front of the car and when i press the gas pedal more it goes away it only happens from like 1st to 2nd gear or maybe even third

Thats kind of a tall order you just asked for there. Care to tell us what kind of rattle it is? If its inside or outside the car? Can you hear it by pushing down on the fenders?

hmm thats funny these are the A4 forums. weird. did you have any exhaust work done lately? anything done lately? could be, but not limited to:
upper control arms
lower control arms
tie rod
wheel bearing
axle
cv joint
hub
loose lugs
bent wheel
loose body panel I.E bumper
brake caliper
brake pads
rotor
sway bar

more info is needed as you see, there are many possibilities

might be a catalytic converted (happened to my brother in his mercedes e420) try getting under your car and hitting the cats with your hand and listen for any noise. if there is no noise then you should be fine and its something else that is causing the rattling.
