LOL, only in sacramento. Its gonna be a russian guy that ownes it, they steal them and flip them for super cheap. I remember when i worked at the dealer there they would always bring in the cars asking to get the keys coded with no VIN plates on the cars.

Oh it's not just your city, it's everywhere. It's ridiculous how cheap you can get stolen cars. But I doubt this one is stolen, too expensive. You can probably get a real S4 for that price.
