Default Rear Caliper

right rear caliper seems to be dragging. After a drive I can smell my brakes and the right rear is hotter than others. Also I can hear it more when rolling the car when its off. New caliper? Where to start?

I've read a few times it could be your guide pins. Take em out and inspect their condition and regrease them.

+1 I've seen 'em rusted so bad I had to put the entire caliper carrier in a vice to get some movement. But I sanded them down and greased 'em up and they were like new. Just make sure the little rubber boots aren't cracked and fit on there to keep water out.

sounds like a common slider problem... take the caliper off and inspect the slider pin / bolts ... if they're hard to move around take em out somehow and use sand paper and sand em down a bit to get all the rust / dirt off and throw some wheel bearing greese on there put it back and ur caliper should be sliding in and out like normal now

˄ Like they said, start by taking off the guide pins and getting all the rust off then regrease them. I would also take off the brake pad shims and clean those up as well. If the shims are rusted your brake pads could be getting stuck to them and cause them not to move all the way in and out. I've found it is much easier if you use a wire wheel rather than sand paper but either will work.
