Default rear end upper control arm rubs quarter panel liner

so i had my car parked in my garage for 2 days and i go to drive it today and the rear end upper control arm is rubbing the quarter panel liner. i am dumbfounded. it drove fine 2 days ago. i don't understand how it's touching though. it sounds extremely loud even with the music on. i had to drive it for like 5 min earlier but it's staying parked until it gets warm enough to get fixed. anybody know why it would do that or had this problem b4?

Is the rear sagging? Loose bolts? Did you whack a pothole? Take a pic.

i don't think it's a loose bolt, not sagging, and i always avoid potholes. i'm working on that pic lol. but if you look at yours, the quarter panel liner has a straight up dented molding that leaves enough space for the CA to travel. problem is the rear part of the rear CA is scrapping it. maybe if i ground down the CA 1 mm or so.
i need to go to they city this weekend so now i need the car. where in the world is auditech79 lol

I'm pretty sure that's not the solution

ok i finally got around to taking some pix. it doesn't look good. the passenger side spring is broken along with the driver's side. both sides have the same scrape markings but the passenger side is much sever. the passenger side's broken spring is also rubbing the strut.
here are the pix of the passenger side.
