I am driving a 98 a4 6cyl quattro

How much stress/weight my rear tow hook can handle?

My friend got his rwd ford truck stuck in his yard and needs help getting pulled out. Lots of rain got the yard soft enough for his rear wheels to dig in. The yard is flat but real soft. He has a nice set of tow straps to use and I want to help him but i don't want to damage my car's rear end in the process.

Does anyone know if my car can handle this? Also, out of curiosity, does anyone know the actual weight these tow hooks are rated for?
