Looking at the pedal assembly I just bought ( the pad is gone on my daughters car ) ... it looks rather simple to install. About 1/2 way up the assembly is a plastic swivel that appears to just "snap" in to metal block coming off the fire wall. Before I wedge a flatblade in between the plastic and what looks to be an aluminum block - I wanted to check with the experts to make sure I'm removing it correctly. Thanks for any suggestions
