Right Side Rear Quarterpanel Removal

I just got a 1999 Audi A4. It needs a new quarter panel and I am trying to figure out how to take it off. Can anyone help?

It has to be cut off. The rear quarter panels are a part of the unibody.

Okay, dang I was hopping to be able to rip it off myself and replace it without having to do that.
