I run 17x7.5 et35 with 225/45/17. If your pretty low, you'll need the front fenders rolled. I'm moderately low (~2" drop) and my front fenders are NOT rolled, but every once in a while I hear a tire scrape. It's no big deal.

What's the question? Will it work? Yes, it will. The S4 came with 17x7.5 ET45 and 225/45/17.

So that should fit with no rubbing and no spacers needed? Cause I'll never use spacers

The S4 doesn't come with spacers, and your suspension (minus springs and shocks) is the nearly the same as a S4. Therefore yes, it should fit without spacers.
