Default Rough Running

2.8 runs very rough when cold. RPM's surge but after about 1-2 minutes smooths out and runs fine. Any ideas.

Thank you

Default Engine idles rough at cold start

Starting engine cold RPM's surge up and down. Low RPM's runs rough then spike to about 1500 and smooths right out. Drops back down then surges again. After about 60-90 seconds it runs fine and all gages read normal. HELP!!!

I have the same problem on my 2.6. As I understand this is a quite normal issue with the 12v's(if that is what you have?), but i don't know what is causing it.

I've used Techron by Chevron in the past. Is that comparible to Seafoam? Thanks

Any MIL or codes?

Try unplugging the secondary air pump and starting the car cold.
