seafoam is a drastic improvement when it compares to fuel injector cleaner. this stuff will clean EVERYTHING in your fuel system. its pretty barbaric stuff [if thats the right word]

I did the gas tank treatment already and will be doing the crankcase/vacuum system treatment right before my next oil change (figure a few weeks or so). Looking forward to seeing what it does for the engine. I didn't really notice much difference after running it through the fuel system, but I could have simply had a clean fuel system and not stood much to gain.

Why is it that the Seafoam is supposed to be done before the oil change, and how soon before the oil change? Is there like a time limit on how long the Seafoam is supposed to be in the system?

it cleans out all the carbons and it builds up and goes through the oil..so why would you want in recurcilating?? change it about a few hundred miles before your next oil change..also i would suggest cleaning your spark plugs they will be BLACK..i just replaced mine thats how i was able to tell the stuff really worked
