i have seen alot of people talk about seafoam! what is it? what does it do? is it safe,and where can i get some?

hahahaha what was i thinking all along i thought that it was a sponge that you put in sea then it would foam. you would then collect the foam and put in your motor. man dont i feel stupid. thanks for setting me straight!
