Selling Car?
If I'm being honest. In my opinion, the mileage isn't that bad, but the fact that you have a front wheel drive v6 is not very desirable. If you want to get rid of it quick, I would try to sell it for no more than $3,000, assuming it's in good shape. If you can afford to sit on it for quite a while, you can get more money than you can sell it for because $3,000 is probably a high figure for what you have. Parting it out can make you a lot of money. It doesn't mean that it will, but there are a lot of expensive Parts on that car.
Appreciate the info. I forgot to mention it is 12 valve so maybe it makes it a little less desirable. It only has a few issues as about 3 years ago I replace a lot of things. Recently I did the Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, tensioner and pully, and drive belt. Only issues, the A/C system has a small leak (needs a recharge after about a month). Even without recharging it over the winter it still has some pressure. The upper oil pan gasket has a small leak. I lose virtually no oil though. Still on original clutch. Heater does not work. Tried flushing but still not working (it is the core). And there is a front end rubbing sound that only occurs when it is hot outside and the car is hot. Occurred after I replaced all the front end parts. Does not affect the car or handling. During cooler weather no noise at all. Trying to figure out what it is. I still get close to the original mpg. Some known interior issues that are common. Other than that cannot think of anything else so overall it is in good shape and NO rust at all. Been in dry climates. Oh and forgot to mention... Original owner (Actually my wife's car before we got married. 1 owner car)
Never parted out a car so that would be an experience.

One owner and no rust is great, but I doubt anyone will want it.You have a lot of money in parts though (genuine Audi parts always sell). IMO, I'd find a garage (or somewhere similar) to store it (long term) and part it out. I did that with one of my 1.8 TQM B5s and made a decent amount of money off of it before I sold it to a yard. There are some valuable parts on that car (IE: The heads, Manifolds, Headlights, Tail lights, Hood, Trunk lid, ECM, ABS control module, Airbags, Airbag control module, Fenders, Body panels, Door panels, Seats, Windows/Windshields, Regulators, Switches, Relays, CLP/CLS/CCM, Instrument cluster, HVAC controller, etc. etc.).
If there's anything I can help with, just let me know.
Again, G/L
