Default She lives!

Got the old hag started up today. Dont know if it was cleaning the corrosion from the battery terminals, adding oil or just letting the starter turn for a long time but she's finally idling (poorly). I've heard that the engine wont start if it doesn't have a certain amount of oil in it, but this seems unlikely that its the reason for my problems. I've had less oil in the engine I believe, and its always started up. The engine still misses like crazy. I reinstalled the old, fouled plugs a week ago, (it was running last with them in it), so I need to put the new ones in and top off the oil. I'll give you another update tomorrow, including pics and vids. Right now I have two codes: 16684 and 16686. I still also got the random multiple cylinder misfires and cylinder two. A friend suggested a valve in cylinder two.

Another thing that happened is when it started briefly last night some white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. It didnt have the bluish tint of oil, but it smelled like a crappy two-stroke motor on choke. It was thick too, like hookah smoke! Ideas and ways to test them? Thanks!

Anyone recognize those codes? Is there a place I can look up the codes?

Oh, nevermind. Your codes are right.

So when I tapped my boost gauge into the vacuum system I went into the line between the Fuel Pressure Regulator and the intake manifold. If this line sprung a leak (which I have yet to find) could it cause misfiring? The car is running extremely rich.
