My the plastic panel around my shifter is extremely worn and I was planning on covering it in 3m di noc carbon fiber and need to remove it.
Does anyone know how to remove the panel?

you just need to pry it up.. if its a manual stick your hand into the shift boot and lift it up. Its made out of very durable plastic.

if its automatic i would say just pry a flat head into a gap and lift it up.
