I quite like the OEM shift ****, but mine is starting to show its age. I ran a machined aluminum M1 Abrams on my old B5 and liked that a lot as well, except that it was very cold in the winter and burned me constantly in the summer.

I think this time around I might drop the coin on a alcantara RS4 ****...

EDIT: included link

The blue underlined text "M1 Abrams" is the link. Wait until summer time. When the sun gets on the metal **** while you're at work you won't even want to row gears to get home.

I've been thinking about turning a shift **** from a block of wood to match the belt-line trim. I'd stay away from the metal shift ***** unless you like to wear gloves to drive in summer.

True dat.

I'll be ordering a suede cover for my Osir **** this summer. I used a piece of a brown paper bag before..worked well enough!
