has any one else experienced slow processing time with ECS, i placed one order and used my paypal account and it took almost two weeks, so when i placed my most recent order i used a credit card thinking it would be quicker and it is still taking forever. i like ECS i just want my new toys!!!

 

dude, I ordered like 400$ worth of stuff, and because one little 10$ item wasn't in stock, they didn't ship anything...

they waited until the one little item was in, and then they shipped everything together

call them and ask them to ship you everything you ordered that they have in stock, and to send the rest when it comes....

News to me, although it could be as quattroA4 is saying. When I ordered my A8 brakes, VCGs, and something else (don't remember what) it was all in stock, and arrived two days after I ordered.

 

i ordered my MBC from them and it took about 10 days for it to come, and that was with it in stock.

 

Maybe I just got lucky, I'm not sure, but the second order I placed with them (CTS) also came very quickly.

 

yea i called them, i brake caliper tool was holding up the entire order,

 

everything ive ordered from them has come suprisingly quick. like i wasnt even expecting the packages to be at my house yet, and they were.

 

I ordered door trims from ECS like three days ago and got two day shipping. For the last couple days it has said

Package Status: Received
UPS tracking: blank

I hope someone from ecs sees this thread and gets on top of that

 

thats what my order said too, i would call and talk to Ben, give him your order number and he'll let you know whats up
