I'm going to be replacing all 4 shocks on my 2001 A4 1.8TQ Sport Suspension with Koni Sport (non-aggressive I think). My car has 121,000 miles and all original suspension components. Are there any other parts that I should replace while this is being done? Front Strut mounts, bump stops, spring pads, etc....

 

Strut mounts are inexpensive from ECS Tuning so you might as well do those. Inspect your brakes and control arms as well and see if any of that needs to be done.
