Default Should a tierod make this sound.(video)

I noticed while driving in a straight line the car would shake a little sounds like theres something in the tire, And seems to be only when going straight if i turn the wheel slightly the vibration goes away. My control arms, Tie rod ends, and drive axle are new the only thing im not sure of is if the innner tierod is gone on the drivers side seems to have play in it. This is me pulling the tie rod back and forth.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8bNg0Q-xek

I'm gonna say no. I replaced mine and did not have noise like that. I can move it anywhere and have it be quiet in doing so.

Inner is easy. Pull the R&P boot off from around it and just unscrew the thing. I used channel locks with vice grips on the handle (to lengthen it). Channel locks on the tie rod, and vice grips on the channel locks handle. Applied pressure to the vice grips.

Use threadlocker on the new one and get it tiiiight.
