smallest rim size i can run on a b5?

I should mention the size of the wheel doesn't matter much its the size of the tire. For instance my 15's run 195/65 tires, my 17's run 225/45 tires. Not much difference in rolling diameter. I will admit the smaller wheels give a better ride because of the extra sidewall on the tires. But the ride height is essentially the same.

The op is just always trying to pick fights in threads for no reason.

Also for what it's worth, lowering springs would essentially make the car "quicker" with a stiffened up suspension you won't have as much body movement or "dump" in the rear when you launch and lower will have better aerodynamics than a stock height car, just food for thought.

well hello to all i just did the swap and so far i love it me and my friend weight the 15" and the 16" tire and rim with its correct tire pressure and we got a total of a clean 7lb difference between 15" and 16" i saved 28lb total took my baby out raced a 350Z from a dig he beat me by close to a car rematch soon since i had stock cat stock dp so lets see how that goes. over all saving the weight where it counts really helps no doubt.

just some more food for thought here, but having the lightest wheel/tire combo possible isnt exactly ideal. Since you are using your weight savings as a performance bias, I would look into how inertia effects a cars performance. reducing your rolling resistance is nice, but you can go too light and it will actually hinder your performance. expecially with big fat 15" tires. theres a reason you dont see people on the track with small wheels and giant side walls.
again. just my .02. throw some pictures up of the car with the new wheels
