Default Smog Check in 10 days and I have 4 codes... You could say I'm concerned.

I have read and researched these codes for a couple days now but I am very overwhelmed. I recently bought a limited vag com (highest rated on amazon for in the 50$ range) because my car was acting VERY rough. I didn't want to drive it but I could NOT miss my class so I was forced to drive my baby for 50 miles with my 3rd coil pack straight shot. Upon inspection of the car I found The rear 02 sensor was glowing after 25 miles. On my way home from school(returning 25) it was the catalytic converter glowing orange. I replaced the coil pack and the car seems to be running fine but I'd like a second opinion on my specific situation. I'm really really hoping I don't need to replace the 02 sensors or the catalytic converter... I'm one broke *** college kid.

If it helps I have driven the car for approx 800 miles since the incident and everything has been fine.

Here are the codes I have.
P1113
Oxygen (Lamda) Sensor: B1 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1114
Oxygen (Lamda) Sensor: B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High

P0411
Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected

P1548
Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75): Open Circuit

I found the N75 part listed on genuinevwaudiparts.com for 120$ Shipped.

You probably do need to replace the O2 sensors. If they were severely overheated, they're probably shot which makes the fuel injection system now unable to know how to regulate the fuel/air ratio properly which will likely make the engine now run rich and further aggravate any damage the catalytic converter has already suffered.
