so im driving my car to the new owner to get droped off i get rearended fucked up my car!



insurece is paying for it as for the buyer idk if he still wants it

That sucks man but it's always better to leave it parked once the deal is made. Hopefully it works out and he still takes the car. If your insurance just cuts you a check, deduct that amount from the purchase price, let the new owner use his savings to fix the car, and keep the check when it arrives?
