First of all I need to know. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the hardest how difficult is it to do a power steering pump swap yourself? Like say I wanted to try and swap it out for a new one. How much trouble would it be. Also a friend of mine told me that the electrical malfunctions could be because of a fuse relay gone bad. Where do i find the fuse relays at?

V6 is pretty easy just by opening the hood. I'll look up the 1.8T and see about that.

 

Sorry! figured you could see it from my garage. Its a 97 audi a4 2.8 quattro. Hope that helps! and the malfunctions im talking about is the egr valve malfunction and the tank vent valve circuit malfunction
