South bend clutch break in

Unless you got a built head no way to do a 7k dump with a b5

And repeated dumps while breaking the clutch in will wear it out. But dumping it is better than slipping it IMO.

As for leaving in a gear ad pressing the gas pedal does nothing for the clutch

When some one says 500-1k break in they don't mean get on highway and drive. The mean 500-1k of stop and go. Using the clutch.

40+ runs in say 3 or 5th. Something that puts stress on a clutch flywheel or disk is how you tell if it's slipping
