has anyone installed these and can you say what camber you adjusted to to prevent tire wear ?

I don't know, but I was wondering this exact same thing yesterday, as my car was on the alignment rack, showing how bad the camber was out - which can't be adjusted unless you move the entire sub-frame.

I can't speak for this brand personally, but I'm sure adjustable control arm are definitely worth getting.

 

Gruvenparts has been doing this on audizine lately. An advertisement that is disguised as a post.
