I keep thinking about it but cant decide, 150 is such a good price to pass up. I have 160k on my pre '99 now, original turbo (not that that matters, they are pretty cheap), and even but lower engine compression.... any thoughts?? Gas mileage should improve though if I take it easy on the throttle...

It's worth it. The turbo might not handle it long with that many miles though lol.

Yeah the turbo doesnt really bother me as much as the engine and stuff.. since you can get k03s for so cheap (and btw is there a writeup somewhere to replace the turbo, I always though it was fairly easy). Im just curious what everyone else thinks, im pretty sure Im gonna do it though, haha I have such mixed feelings.

EDIT: And will they give you a refund and flash it back if theres a problem??

Does that 150 cover return shipping and how do we send the payment if we decide to do it?

Wish I could have the car down for a few days. Anyone have a spare AHA qm ECU they'd loan or rent out? And for any 30v owners debating it, I've experienced the SpeedTunung chip in Hiwords' car and the top-end (max) power gain isn't too noticeable but it pulls nicely and very smoothly through the powerband. There's a really nice, noticeable bump in the midrange torque that you really can feel, and it's right where you use it in daily driving. From what I've seen, it's a great mod for a 30v.
