Default Speedtuning Ecu upgrade questions!

I called speedtuning and they clamed going froms tock my boost would hit 20psi (with any dv upgrade) and i'd gain 40hp. making 190hp or 210hp. depending on the engine. Is this true? i heard people are happy and they feel it A LOT once they put it in. but is that clam accurate?

Help me out =D

There abouts. But speedtuning has some very unhappy customers on here. You might want to save up for a more repitable brand chip

I would go to a chip dealer (GIAC, APR, ect...) thats somewhat by you that way if their is any problems it is a close by and you can get things solved, unlike calling the company and dealing with mail.

all i gotta say is its not cool if the tune is not good and you dont have someones door to go and knock on to get it right. i got stuck with a crappy tune and dont have the time to send out my ecu for another 3 days. some people are happy with their tune though so...its pretty much a $200 gamble.

Who's having problems with their SpeedTuning chip? I haven't read anything negative thus far, so i'd be interested in knowing what problems people are having.

so you got an impotent tune? if you already started a thread about this can you post a link please?

you can buy their tune for 125 on eBay....

I'd like to read up on the problems everyones been having as well...

I read one post that said that it was spiking at 20-21psi and holding at 16-17psi...

I have yet to read any probs with the tune, although I think someone got their ecu back without any tune at all...lol

any and and all links will be greatly appreciated!

In my mind 130$ is well worth the ~40hp you get for the $...even if it is a semi-weak tune, if there is a semi-substantial bump in performance, it'd prolly still be worth the $

one thing I am not down for is an unpredictable tune, the last thing I need is BAT headaches from a chip...lol
