i just got ST's tune. not boost gauge installed yet, waiting on my pod to get here.. but my buddy and i did a few pulls to see if my chip was a waste of money or not.

he has a 99.5 as well, exhaust, fmic, stock air box, giac and forge.. i was running exhaust, cone filter, SpeedTuning stage 2 with stock DV (with 175k on it) and neither of us pulled at all. there was NO difference in our cars. Now that I have a EvoMS DV on the car, it pulls even harder. I bet I'd start to pull away from him now.

A DV isn't a performance part.

i think it is^^ a EvoMS DV can probably hold more boost more efficiently than a stock dv with 175k miles on it

i posted it bc it was leaking boost, then leaked worse, so i pulled it.

stage 2 is what oliver told me its called, it holds 18-20psi where as they have a 1.0 bar file, then a 1.1 bar file also.
