so when i first heard the squeeking i asked on here and you guys said it was the wheel bearing but it only squeeks when im brakeing under 25mph so i thought maybe the brakes were goners. so i checked them but no they look practicly new so anyone have anyideas on what it is? is it the wheel bearing?

Check the condition of the ball joints - you could have a control arm replacement in your future.

Sway bar bushing or spring cracked at bottom weld are 2 common ones.

wait a second is it a sqealing like a brake sqeal or a squeaking because they're 2 diferent thing, int he other post i said it was may the rear sway bar or similar rubber part but if its a brake sqeal you may just need some anti sqeal or grease on the back of the pads.

A wheel bearing does not squeak. It grinds and rumbles at speed.

Push down solidly on the corner of the car that has the squeak. If it squeaks when you do this you have a bad control arm "bushing". Bad bushings squeak like two balloons rubbing together. Bad ball joints give a knocking sound when you drive over a bump, etc - the cup has stretched and the ball is slopping around in there.

Like SAudi said: If it's a squeal (as opposed to a squeak - you should know the difference) when you brake then it's your brake pads.

I heard the same thing coming from the back drivers side of mine once and thought it was the same thing, but one day, it started doing it when the car was just idling and i wasnt moving anywhere so i got out and looked and the little rubber clip things that hold the muffler onto the chassis were squeaking as the muffler vibrated from the idling engine. How to remedy this, i do not know, but i havent heard mine doing it in awhile so i havent thought much about it, but you could check that and see if that's what you're hearing.

yeah I was also about to suggest something rubbing due to vibration. The exhaust hanger might just be it.

Yea, I know thats what it was on mine cuz when I tapped the muffler as I heard the sound, it stopped instantly. Sure wish I knew of a way to make it stop for good. Maybe some WD-40 or silicon lube or something of that sort on the rubber parts that hold it on?
