Those grounds in your boot are bad grounds, I had my amps connected to the same point, kept cutting my speakers, not enough ground, If you intend to use grounds for amps, do not use that one. Find another.

 

thanks, but no amps to be grounded, i plan on taking this all out eventually. I assume you are talking about the one in the right of the picture and in the close up? The other one looks like it was just cut, it is barely touching the metal. I could ground them both better if it wouldn't risk more issues/possibly fix some
