Steering Feels Dangerously Loose

Finally going to have the frame straightened this week. I took apart the whole front end today and I'm going to bring it to the collision shop using a friend's car trailer. I really hope this remedies the handling issues. Wish me luck!

I got the car back from the shop. They said the frame was completely within specs in every possible way. They assured me that my handling issues are not frame related whatsoever. I have an appointment on Monday with the most reputable alignment shop around. They told me they could compensate for the lowered suspension, unlike the last place I took it to. I assume they know what they're doing even though the car is lowered. Is there anything else I should tell them before they align it?

If they're worth their own salt you shouldn't need to tell them anything. They'll check everything that needs to be checked. On the down side I've seen places not mention stuff so they could still get paid fro the alignment. That is if they deem it petty enough not to stop an alignment. Make sure they know about your concerns and you want them to report anything they might find.

Either it's been fixed which is why we haven't heard from or shortly after his last post he committed a horrific suicide as a result of the extensive trouble his unalligned Audi B5 brought upon him.

Haha, it's almost getting to that point. The problem is still there despite another alignment. It tends to pull to the right a little. I'm starting to suspect the brakes. What do you guys think I should check next?

I hope its something simple like one of your tires has low air pressure and thats causing it to pull. So you've replaced the suspension essentially, got an allignment, your frame is straight, your tires are good, your rims are balanced, did I miss anything?
