Hey, any ideas on the steering column being pushed up too far?

Thanks for the help, car is back on the road !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont have to use the father-in-laws truck (Ford) anymore. The column shaft pulled down w/a good yank. But , geez, didnt the P/S pump make noise til all the air was out. We even got the align almost perfect.

what type of fluid does the rack leak because ive had a small leak on my drivers side right under the foglight and i want to know if thats the fluid you guys are talking about?

it looks green and if you look at your power steering fluid you would notice it decreasing in fullness
