Default stupid coolant light. help!

ok, so it seems like everytime i drive my car lately the coolant light starts blinking as soon as i start it up. it beeps for a while and then keeps blinking for like 15 minutes, then goes away until next time i drive it.
I have checked the coolant level its fine, and the temperature runs perfectly in the middle of the gauge. How come its blinking? i even pulled codes with the vag-com and there was no codes on there. Anyone have an idea whats going on??

If you're certain that everything is good, then it's probably the sensor.

ok. i will check that sensor on the bottom hose.
whats the difference between that one, and the one on the back of the head?
I know i have enough fluid and its all good. Im thinking it could be related to some junk left over from when my oil cooler was leaking into the coolant. I had it flushed out, but i think there could still be some residue on the sensors messing things up. I just didnt get why it makes the light go off, but there is not a code, then again i dont get why there is the two sensors, one on the coolant flange, and one on the lower hose?
