so i'm trying to figure out If i'm able to replace the Sunroof slider cover. Because the one that is on my car the Cloth is coming off the very end. And well it's looks like Crap... And if i'm able to replace it, how the heck do I get it off?

 

Since it's part of the sunroof assembly, and it slides up inside the roof, chances are you'll have to remove the headliner to get it out. I'm sure you can replace it though - I'd check with www.shokan.com (Audi salvage yard) and see about how much they want for one.
