About 10 percent of the time the switch doesn't work at all. Which makes me think it is a switch issue. It will open all the way. Open / close half way. Will not close completely. Leaves a half inch gap in the outside rear of the sunroof. Anybody had this happen before?

 

Yeah. It happens to mine also. It's a known switch issue with our cars.

When it happens to you again, just put the switch in the closed position and pull down on the back of the switch. That will close it manually.
