I agree, but the OP drove it for 3 weeks with no issues. How do you know the dealer knew about this?

Has the OP asked the dealer to take the car back? He might be willing to take it back. We don't know. If the dealer is refusing to take it back, you might have a point.

And because you felt threatened by someone disagreeing with you, you made up some stupid stuff and tried to cram it into my mouth and make me defend that instead.

Now, are you going to answer my question, "What part(s) did you want the dealer to replace?" or will you just pretend I said something else stupid because you don't have an answer?

I never mentioned anything about what parts should be replaced, so i have no clue as to why you would even ask me that question. The fact that the dealer doesn't know what is wrong with the car, let alone what parts to replace, leads to the owner, needing to return the car and runaway from this dealership.

Your insertion, that i felt threatened by you, because you disagreed with me is false. I questioned your logic and in your response, got defensive.

What i had said, rang true even with "A4turboGuy" as he said the same thing i was saying, which was the dealership was shady front the get go for selling a car that ***** up, so soon after buying the car.

You're taking what i said way too personal....

I was under the impression the dealer told him he knew it had issues - and that he experienced said issues the first day (on the ride home).

OP said he saw it after 20mins of driving it home. Later he said he drove it for 3 weeks with no problems. So it's one of those intermittent things that throws no codes...though I wonder if the "dealer" is a used car lot or if its an Audi dealer with a VAG-COM....

Still no word about the situation from the original poster. I am curious about an update
