Default Swapping out Driver Seat

I have a 2001 Audi A4 with a hole in the manual leather driver's seat, it is gray in color.
My question is, can I just buy the leather cushion bottom piece, or is it easier to switch the whole seat?
I included pictures of my frame because I watched the videos I found showing how to get the seat out, when I looked at my car later, it appears entirely different than the bottom frame setup on my seat in which the video showed?
Does anyone know (with a link) how to get these seats out of a 2001?
Does anyone have gray leather driver seats for sale?
I have been looking at EBay.

I have those same exact seats. Same color, same tear. Everything.

All you need to do is find an auto upholstery repair shop. I got mine fixed for $85.

$85? Where do you live (lol)? I live in Orange County, CA., people around here need a $20 to even say hi it seems...., but I will stop by a few, I found just the cushion on EBay for $85, then I have to get it installed, didn't buy it yet. I have to find out what they would charge to fix the issue before I piece meal it buying a cushion and taking it in there.

For me: Messing with upholstery is a nightmare. It's the last thing I want to do, because I suck at it. I'd much rather pay someone else to do it.

Just make sure you find a good shop that can show you (in person, on site) work they've done. Down here there's an epidemic of shitty shops.

I have decided to buy a grey leather cushion on EBay after traipsing through salvage yard in the blistering sun, and have someone install it.

FYI, you put put a passenger seat cover on your driver seat, and passenger seats are much easier to find still intact

I just replaced my driver's seat with a passenger bottom last month. It's not hard at all. The worst thing you have to do is make a cut in the passenger side to run wires. I used this write up.
