my B&M SS is so notchy? My stock was fine, but as soon as the B&M was put in (and alligned correctly) Its like 10,000,000,000,000X more notchy. Going from first to second feels like I'm dragging and clicking multiple times through the gate. Other gears are ok, but still click a lot and require effort to be shoved all the way into gear. Synchros shot possibly? Any ideas?

 

If everything was smooth a week ago or whatever with the stock shifter, your synchros should be fine. There is going to be more effort and often a bit more notchyness with a SS, especially the lower you have it set. It sounds like something is off with the install if its a whole lot worse than before.

 

my s.s. clicks between gears too. not sure if its supposed to though.
