these "smoked out headlights" would i get pulled over for them in Minnesota?

 

That thing looks like a 4x4. I don't know about Minnesota, but mine are blacked out and I have been in front of a few cops with no problems. The key in my opinion is to not go too dark.

Some cars came with smoke tails, a great example is late model Pontiac's, but even these aren't real dark so going a few shades darker might be safe.

All of my appearance mod's I'm doing I am doing with the simple question in mind of "Does it look like it could of possibly come from the factory."

 

Cops aren't going to be ********. If you can see them light up when you need to, then they'll be fine. I left my backup strip clear, it looks even more OEM! =D
