Default Tip Tranny slips when accelerating

Alright so when Im doing 75-80 and I floor it in 5th or 4th occasionally the tranny will disengage and obviously the revs climb when it happens then it will re-engage and revs drop. its happened twice now..

got a code the first time said the rpm were too high to engage that was when I was shifting from 4th to 5th under wot and had probly hit 100mph...but not entirely sure as at that speed noteing the rpms and speed are difficult while racing a mexican lookin dude in some dilapitated honda.

Now dont ask why im going WOT at 80...because I can I guess

I would need the fault codes, it could be a slipping clutch pack, or maybe a sticking shift solinoid. Whatever the cause, i can't help you diagnose it without the exact code.

Yah I didnt get a code the second time it just came out of gear it still accelerated some but noticably less then sliped back in.

Lately the shifts seem to be a bit rougher I have notice a little more fluid seapage would low fluid cause these symtoms.
I did change the fluid and filter 15k ago

Oh yeah, low fluid will cause some severe damage to the tranny. I would stop driving it ASAP until you get the leak fixed.

Fluid is fine got same code again

Control Module Part Number: 8D0 927 156 L
Component and/or Version: AG5 01V 1.8lR4T US D06

1 Fault Found:
01192 - Torque Converter Lock-Up Clutch
42-00 - Speed Deviation too High

Notice shifting has been rougher but slipping only seems to occur in 5th under acceleration

5th gear is almost unuseable now except for cruising on level roads even slight inclines cause it to slip to keep the same speed anyone with input?...all other gears seem fine.

seems like a tourqe converter thing but why are other gears fine?
:/
